Friends of Hale County Animals (FHCA) provides financial assistance to numerous animal welfare programs throughout the county including the Hale County Animal Shelter. Money raised covers food, supplies, vet expenses, and shelter maintenance. Our goal is to ensure that animals have a safe and loving home.
